The name of the book is an allusion to John Stuart Mills famous work "The Subjection of Women." The presented here work is an answer to the ideas expressed in "The Subjection of Women" and the claims there is discrimination against men in the legal system. It is a very interesting work in terms of the history of feminist and anti-feminist movements.
